TERMS & CONDITIONS
Warloft 3D Printing
Last updated: April 2026
1. About Us
Warloft is a trading name of Simon Roberts. We provide 3D resin printing services from our base in West Sussex, UK. Our registered address is 16 Maple Drive, West Sussex, PO20 8FQ.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2. Our Services
We offer 3D resin printing services, including but not limited to: wargaming miniatures and terrain, display figures and bust models, custom toys and collectables, and bespoke commissions and prototypes.
All prints are produced at 0.05 layer height using high-quality grey resin on the latest-generation 3D resin printers. Each print is checked, washed, and cured before dispatch. Major supports are removed as standard.
3. Orders & Pricing
Orders are placed via our social media channels (Discord, Instagram, Facebook, or X) or by email. All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
A quote is valid for 28 days from the date it is provided unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing if the scope of the order changes after the initial quote.
Full payment is required before the commission will be added to the schedule.
4. STL Files & Intellectual Property
By sending us STL files or other digital assets for printing, you confirm that:
- You own or have a valid licence to print the file.
- The file does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- You authorise us to use the file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We do not retain, redistribute, or resell any STL files provided to us. Files are deleted once your order is complete unless you request otherwise.
Warloft accepts no liability for any intellectual property disputes arising from files provided by the customer.
All files will be printed as per the dimensions supplied unless otherwise agreed.
5. Production & Delivery
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity and size of the order. We will provide an estimated timescale when your order is confirmed. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We take great care in packaging all orders. Delivery is via Royal Mail or a courier service as appropriate. Postage costs will be confirmed at the time of quoting.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Quality & Defects
We take pride in the quality of our prints. Every print is inspected before dispatch. However, due to the nature of resin 3D printing, minor imperfections such as very small layer lines or minimal support marks may occasionally be present.
If you receive a print with a significant defect (e.g. a broken or missing part, a major misprint), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
The majority of our products are custom or made-to-order. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, made-to-order goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. This means that once production has started on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund.
Cancellations Before Production
If you wish to cancel an order before production has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund of any payments made, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g. materials purchased specifically for your order).
Refunds
Refunds for defective items will be processed within 14 days of agreement. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from delays.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial action, postal disruption, pandemic, or equipment failure.
10. Use of Images
We may photograph completed prints for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials unless you notify us otherwise at the time of ordering. No personal information will be associated with these images.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. The terms in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
